About the project

The Town Hall is one of the first constructions in Høje Taastrup City, which is a new district with a large central park.

The building is a nine-story square-shaped atrium house with space for 525 employees.

The Town Hall is a modern, innovative, and sustainable building, which is to be certified to DGNB Gold standards. The municipality thus aims to lead the development of the new district as an environmentally friendly municipality.

The project received the award "Best Architecture of the City 2023".

The unique facade is characterized by a mixture of champagne-colored elements and large glass panels, which are angled slightly in relation to each other, creating a dynamic and welcoming expression.

The project is executed with floor-height prefabricated, modular facade elements in the HansenUnitAl system with profile dimensions adapted to the static requirements. Hansen UnitAl® has been tested at the Technological Institute and CE marked in accordance with applicable legislation, EN 13 830 Curtain Walling.

Corner elements are made with glued glass corners (continuous glass).

Inset facades and skylights are made of aluminum profiles in the HansenFasad system.

In addition, sunscreens, facade doors, automatic sliding doors, and revolving doors have been supplied.

Aluminum profiles are powder coated in RAL 7021.
