Hansen Facades
Our facades include a complete range of glass facade systems with versatile applications.
In addition to vertical glass facades, Hansen Facades can also be used for skylights and roof structures, combining flexibility with modern requirements for an optimal synergy between natural light and aesthetics.
Glass Facades & Glass/Aluminium Facades
Glass facades are more than just an aesthetic enhancement; they are a crucial component of modern architecture, improving the energy efficiency and daylight utilisation of buildings. When combined with the lightweight strength of aluminium, it results in groundbreaking building technology. The Curtain Walls system exemplifies this innovation by offering a combination of design flexibility and structural integrity. These systems are not only notable for their aesthetic qualities but also for their ability to withstand external environmental influences, ensuring long lifespan and reduced maintenance costs.
Hansen Facades comprises an extensive profile programme for curtain walls and glass facades, including stick facades, ladder facades, semi-unitised facades, unitized facades, and skylights. The systems are also available as fire-rated and Structural Glazing (SG) solutions within the same profile design.
Profiles are configured according to structural requirements and architectural preferences
For glass and aluminium structures, architects and designers can realise their boldest visions with a wide range of solutions based on Hansen Facade systems.
The complete facade system consists of conventional box profile mullions of varying depth, with additional design options using T-profiles or expansion profiles to aesthetically align with the building’s structure and appearance, as well as the possibility for a wide range of exterior cover caps/glazing beads.
Our glass facades can be constructed with options for incorporating operable sections, panels, sliding doors, and more.
The profiles are thermally broken, and the facades meet the most desired energy standards. Facades can be supplied for any project request and requirement for U- and G-values. They also meet classification standards for air, wind, water, security, and more.
ansen Facades is also offered in variants such as brand classified for EI and EW 60 (limited profile selection) and copper facades.
Quick Installation and Exclusive Detailing
Efficiency in the installation process of glass facades is a critical factor that directly impacts both project scheduling and final deadlines. Professional consultation and setup are central to this, significantly affecting installation speed. Additionally, exclusive windows and doors contribute noticeably to the building’s aesthetic and functional enhancement. They are carefully selected to complement the glass facade and ensure seamless integration with the building’s overall design. The details of these elements—from thermal efficiency to noise reduction and security—are meticulously tailored to meet the highest standards, creating a sense of exclusivity and comfort for end users.

Construction
The aluminium profiles come in various sizes and strengths. A reinforcement profile can be added to enhance the overall profile strength.
Geometry
The profile system has a width of 50 mm, with depths ranging from 50 to 325 mm.
The profile supplier is ISO 9001 certified.
Profiles
The system is available in different profile variations, allowing for flexibility in the visual and architectural expression of the facade.
Insulation Performance
By combining two materials - a proven PET insulator and a thermoplastic LDPE material with enhanced insulation properties - the result is an insulator with excellent thermal performance.
Variations
Hansen Facades are also available as a Structural Glazing (SG) system, where the glass is secured with concealed fittings, providing a clean visual finish with a seal between glass panels.
The system is CE marked in accordance with EN 13830 and tested according to relevant EN standards for factors such as airtightness and wind load resistance.
