About the project
Each tower in Esbjerg Towers is built around a hexagonal climate screen that goes straight up and down and has a core with elevators and stairs in the middle and a round corridor with entrance to the youth housing.
The distinctive exterior comes from the steel balconies that revolve around the house for each floor.
While the displacements in the floors visually give variation in the facade, they at the same time take the breath away from the wind so that the residents can stay on the balconies.
