About the project

Pasteur's Tower - A 126-meter-high residential tower with 37 floors and prefabricated, modular facades.

The ground floor and 1st floor are constructed as stick facades using semi-unitized HansenFasad with whole frames/part profiles and glass assembly on site.

Floors 2 to 37 are made of prefabricated modular HansenUnitAl elements with 32 elements per floor - totaling 1,000 elements.

The exterior facade is clad with 2mm corrosion-resistant steel (like corten steel), and HSHansen has created inset balconies in the facade with walls made of steel bars, wind panels, and surfaces made of 2mm aluminum cassettes in the Corten structure color.

Sealing materials and vapor barriers are from Ljungdahl.

A new corner system has been specially developed for the glass corners of the project, so that the elements can be joined at a 45° angle, resulting in fewer joints.

All elements were manufactured at the Danish factory in Lem.

The assembly was carried out using a special lifting system developed specifically for the project, allowing facade installation to be carried out simultaneously with the casting of the raw building's floor above the facade installation.
